R&D Equipment Operator

We are seeking an R&D Equipment Operator to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of equipment and systems used in our industrial R&D Facility:

• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Inspect equipment before each use to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors. 

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing fluids, lubricating moving parts, and replacing worn or damaged parts, as well as material handling in accordance with safety protocols. 

• Use hand and power tools to adjust and maintain equipment settings and perform minor repairs as needed. 

• Configure controllers, sensors, devices, and communication protocols on equipment with minimal assistance. 

The role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with scientists and engineers to support experimental objectives.
