Senior Manager Customer Audit

The Gi Life Sciences team is recruiting a Senior Manager Customer Audit for our client based in the canton of Valais.

Your mission :

As a customer audit coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customer audits, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for external stakeholders. You will work closely with project teams to plan, execute and document audits in accordance with cGMP regulations

Tasks : 

• Respond to client requests for audit dates and coordinate planning.
• Plan audits in collaboration with project teams, aligning with customer availability.
• Organize the necessary infrastructure (meeting rooms, equipment, documentation).
• Welcome and accompany customers during audits, including factory visits and documentation reviews.
• Present the quality systems and processes.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure timely availability of documents and staff.
• Document audit activities and results in TrackWise.
• Manage and coordinate responses to audit observations, ensuring prompt delivery to clients.

Profile : 

• Strong understanding of current good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods.
• Previous experience in auditing within a regulated environment.
• Mastery of general IT tools and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
